We only use Personal Data in the day to day running of our business.

We may contact you regarding invoices, statements, quotations, information required or information which we may pass on to you.

Purchases

We only use Personal Data in the day to day running of our business.

Payroll

We only use Personal Data in the fulfilment of Salary/Wage, HMRC, ONS and Pension obligations.

All payroll reports are password protected.  Bank details of staff members are only used for payment of Wages/Salaries

 

  1. How information is stored

Customer business names and contact details are held on our Neetrix Software system who is also GDPR compliant, this is held on an encrypted server and backup system.

 

  1. Credit Card Details

No credit/Debit card information is stored on any computer system or any hard copies retained will only show the last 4 digits of the card and does not include the 3 digit security code (CSC).

Card payments are handled by Payment Sense who is also GDPR compliant.

 

  1. Third Party Information

Rivendell Carpets and Flooring Ltd will not pass any contact details to any other company unless we have permission from yourself.  This includes any credit reference requests.

You will always have the right to be informed about the processing of your Personal Data and to have this data corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

You have the right to object to or restrict the processing of your Personal Data.

Due to financial, legal and taxation purposes your information will be kept for a minimum of 6 years after which you have the right to request your information to be erased/deleted if you require.
